BoroMela.com is an online market space where buyer and sellers can meet virtually
from anywhere in the world. Seller can
list their products and services in just
minutes and attracts lots of buyers. Buyer can compare research and/or buy the products
or services they want to buy. Buyer can also share their feedback in this site on
any sellers or products or services
What products can I sell on BoroMela?
You can sell anything on BoroMela.com in the categories such as Electronics
& Electrics, Books, Cell phones & Accessories, Car/Vehicle, Movies, Music
& Game, Computers, Laptops & Software etc.
What is business seller?
A business seller could be a company or individual who are planning to sell certain
categories of product on a regular basis at BoroMela
Who is a classified seller?
A classified seller is an individual who usually would like to sell a few products
and not on a regular basis. A classified seller can also put advertisement on House
rent, Tutor, Matrimonial etc.
I am a business seller. What is the first step to sell at BoroMela
You need to first open an online merchant account. It will take only a few minutes
to open a merchant account. Please pick your merchant type based on the products
you are selling. There are three different types of merchant accounts; 1. Online
Merchant account, 2. Offline Merchant account and 3. Industrial Merchant account

What is “Online Merchant” Account?
Online Merchant Account is for the sellers who are selling any of the following
categories or any other categories that can be transacted online.
-Books
-Computers and accessories
-Electronics (TV, DVD Player, Camera)
-Music/Movie/Play CD/DVD
-Clothing
-Home and Office Appliances
-Any other categories that can be sold online
What is “Offline Merchant” Account?
Offline Merchant Account is for the sellers who are selling any of the following
categories or any other categories that need face to face negotiation to complete
the transactions.
-Cars/Motor Cycles
-Real Estate
-Apartment/Office
What is “Industrial Merchant” Account?
Industrial Merchant Account is for the sellers who are either wholesalers or industrial
item sellers to other businesses. E.g. accessories for garments, printing materials
for commercial offices etc.
How much does it cost open any of these Merchant Account?
As a starting promotion, all the merchant accounts are free of cost to
open
How much does it cost open classified Account?
Creating classified account and selling or posting classified ads are absolutely
free of cost
How much does it cost to sell on BoroMela?
Currently it’s free of cost for all business sellers for a limited time. For classified
sellers, it is absolutely free of cost.
How do I upload my product?
Once you opened your merchant account or classified account, log in to your account
and follow the steps to upload the products or add new Ad.
How do I manage my orders?
You can use the Web-based control panel to manage your orders. Once you logged in
to your merchant account, you will see the option on your left panel.
What are the online transaction options?
For the local buyers one is “Cash on Delivery” and another is “Pick from store”.
What is “Cash on Delivery”?
This option will enable the seller to get the payment once the product is available
on buyers’ door.
How cash on delivery works?
Once buyer chose this option then seller will get an email notification on "Order
received for Sell" with the details of order and buyer. Buyer will also get an email
notification explaining seller will contact about the transaction. Seller will then
give a phone call to buyer to verify and confirm the transaction. Once satisfied,
seller will arrange the shipment of products to buyer. Buyer will pay to the delivery
person upon receipt of the products. Seller will arrange with the shipment company
on this.
What is “Pick from Store” and how it works?
This option is selected by the buyer when he wishes to collect his desired product
from the sellers place.
If a buyer chose this option, then seller will get a notification on this. Similarly
buyer will also get the notification to wait to hear from the sellers. Seller will
then send an email to notify when to collect the products.
How do I get paid?
You have two options for getting paid by the buyer. One is “Cash on Delivery” another
is “Pick from Store”, which are explained in the above question.
Can customer leave feedback? Why customer feedback is important?
Yes customers can leave feedback. Maintaining a high feedback rating is a critical
factor for success on BoroMela.com.
a. It's the best way for shoppers to identify you as a trustworthy merchant. Your
rating appears on the Offer Listing Page and is one of the first things that customers
see.
b. Customers are more likely to purchase products from merchants with higher ratings.
Can I sell outside of Bangladesh?
Yes you can sell.

How can I buy items from BoroMela.com?
You can buy items from BoroMela.com through following three(3) options:
i). Cash Deposit:
This payment option means you need to deposit the money before receiving
the product to the boromela.com designated bank account. Once Boromela.com receives
the payment, order will be shipped to buyer’s designated shipping address.
Account Deposit:
Available in all major cities of Bangladesh. You
can order from our website choosing Account Deposit option and the checkout amount
can be deposited to our bank account.

ii). Cash On Delivery:
This payment option means you will make payment to the seller after receiving the
products at your end. Once you choose this option then seller will give a phone
call to you to verify and confirm the transaction. Once satisfied, seller will arrange
the shipment of products to your end. You will pay to the delivery person upon receipt
of the products.
iii). Pick From Store:
This payment option means you need to collect your desired product
from the seller’s store. To ensure you get the priced mentioned at BoroMela.com,
please print out the Order Confirmation Receipt and show it to the seller when you
collect the product from seller’s store.
How can I sell items in BoroMela.com?
Boromela.com Product Management. Sell on the same product detail pages
where other merchants sell their items!
1)Search. Find the item in our catalog of products.
1)List. Tell us the condition, price, quantity and other condition of the items
you want to sell.
1)Or. You can create your own product details. Just by searching for duplicacy.
